[not available to overseas students] The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or the Doctor of Theology (ThD) degree is awarded on the submission and examination of a substantial thesis (100,000 words) that makes a distinct contribution to theological scholarship. The program will require the candidate to work closely with a qualified supervisor over a number of years. Crossway College encourages those with high achievements in their undergraduate theological studies and with deep commitment to Christian service to apply for entry into the research degrees. Candidates will not only be exposed to the wider academic world of scholarship, but will also be able to conduct their research in an evangelical environment that respects the authority of the Bible and takes the church's call to mission seriously. This award is not available to overseas students.
