Andrew grew up in Sydney and first trained as a vet. He studied at the University of Sydney, Moore Theological College and Malyon College. He joined the Crossway College faculty in 2009 after serving on the board for two years.
Andrew is married to Sue and they have three young children. Andrew is a member of City North Baptist Church.
Andrew has served as a pastor for six years, first in North Pine Baptist Church and then as senior pastor at Bayside Baptist Church. In addition, he has been involved in a number of para-church organisations. Andrew is passionately committed to the vision of Crossway, which is to train Christian men and women for transformation. Andrew oversees field education and teaches in the areas of practical theology and mission.
